Anterior segment photograph in a 65-years-old female patient. She lost the left eye at 5-years of age. The right eye (in the photograph) had previously been submmited to two penetrating keratoplasties. Given the corneal graft opacification and profound ocular surface dysfunction, she was proposed for Boston keratoprosthesis implantation.
