Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy in Type 1 Diabetes - Clinical Case 10

Fluorescein angiography (ultra-widefield) of proliferative diabetic retinopathy in a 48-year-old female patient with the diagnosis of diabetes since 17 years ago. HbA1c=7%. Visual acuity: 20/28 RE. She refers several hemovitreous and laser therapy. Note large areas of retinal ischemia.
