Myopic Foveoschisis unilateral. The 71-year-old patient complained of progressive vision loss. BCVA: 20/32 RE; 20/32 LE. PIO 15mmHg RE e 12mmHg LE.

Eight months after cataract and macular schisis surgery (phacoemulsification with IOL implantation; pars plana vitrectomy and ILM maculorrhexis). BCVA: 20/22 RE; 20/28 LE. IOP 12mmHg RE and 8mmHg LE.
