Myopic schisis and lamellar macular hole in a 42-year-old patient. Phakic IOL in both eyes. VA: 20/40c RE, 20/25c LE. IOP OD: 13 mmHg, OE: 9 mmHg.

After surgery (removal of the phakic IOL from the iris, phacoemulsification with IOL implantation, pp vitrectomy and ILM peeling). BCVA: 20/20 RE, 20/25 LE.
