Gyrate Atrophy

Ultra-widefield photograph of gyrate atrophy in a 32-year-old patient with night blindness, constricted visual fields and BCVA of 16/200 LE. The posterior pole appears normal but the mid- and far-periphery of the retina shows well-demarcated scalloped areas of chorioretinal atrophy with hyperpigmented edges
Fluorescein angiogram (early phase) of gyrate atrophy. Focal areas of choroidal atrophy with well-circumscribed edges separate normal from abnormal tissue in the midperiphery.
